Highly recommend this hotel Positive: Everything. We had the penthouse apartment for 3 couples and it was excellent. We each had our own bathroom and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and the living space and kitchen were good. All the staff were friendly and helpful Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like

Nice, but I feel scammed Positive: Location and view was great Negative: I would like to share my experience regarding the early check-in arrangement. The host had been informed in advance that the planned arrival time would be around 8 a.m. At first, it was explained that this could not be confirmed because it was uncertain whether the apartment would be cleaned in time. After a follow-up request, it was stated that an early check-in would be possible for a fee of 50 dollars, which was accepted. Upon arrival at 8 a.m. after a 15-hour flight, no check-in information had been provided and it was quite difficult to reach anyone. The information then changed, and it was said that the early check-in fee would be 50 dollars per hour. Due to additional complications with the credit card payment, the check-in details were finally released only after a further 250 dollars had been paid. It later turned out that the apartment had not been rented the day before and had already been available. From this perspective, no additional service had been provided and there seemed to be no extra cost for the host simply because access was requested a little earlier. The situation therefore felt unfair and created the impression that a difficult circumstance was being taken advantage of. In fairness, this feedback was first shared privately in order to give the host the opportunity to reconsider or offer a refund. Unfortunately, this opportunity was not taken, and the reply received was polite but very general. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We would not stay here again and would not recommend this landlord.

Beautiful apartment, amazing locations d best view Positive: Excellent location and beautifully decorated. View was amazing Negative: Would have loved a balcony, but it was still outstanding. Also found getting the key, finding the shop to collect it from a little finicky.
