This is not an apartment, do not stay here if that’s what you are expecting. Positive: Location Negative: The property claimed to be an apartment which it was not, its a converted house into multiple self contained areas. This one has very low ceilings, low doorframes and kitchen was missing oven and range hood. Also not being an actual apartment meant that sound from the other guests in other areas of the house was very loud. It is miss leading and false advertising to call it an apartment. My guess is it’s a converted garage or basement store room of the original house and would not pass building codes of an apartment.

Ok Positive: Has a small kitchen and a toilet enough for 1 person or a couple Nice location and close to shopping centre Negative: No tv You can hear everything from the other units

EXTREME NOISE DISTURBACES Positive: It was a really nice space, bed is comfortable, water is hot and air con works Negative: I was given incorrect check in instructions which I figured out myself. Also I was contacted multiple times after check out to confirm I had checked out when I already told them I had. The level of noise from upstairs was absolutely insane. At the beginning I thought it was a joke it was that bad. There was kids roaring, banging, crying, running, ROLLING MARBLES, jumping etc from 9pm-12am and again from before 7am (on a weekend). I came here to rest and I essentially couldn’t do that. If you want to consider doing this long term you are going to have to speak to the upstairs tenants because it was genuinely insane. I’ve been in classrooms & zoos more peaceful than that.

Great Positive: It has all that you need. Negative: Its a little far
