Negative: No hot water the entire stay. Very disjointed process to get keys

A complicated experience to check in. Far to many unneccassary messages sent beforehand.
Positive: Location was good.
Negative: Collection of keys was long winded and complicated. Far to many messages were being sent to me beforehand. No basic amenities such as tea and coffee was provided. Apartment is very sparse.
