2BR Apartment in Prime Location

2 Bedroom Apartment in South Brisbane - Close to South Bank area Positive: The apartment was easy to find, neat, clean, spacious apartment, close to where we needed to go to events and also walking distance to South Bank and Suncorp stadium about 25 min walk, The main bedroom was great with a walk in robe which leads you through to ensuite 2nd Bedroom can use the main bathroom as an ensuite Also bonus was the roof top view ontop of the apartment building Directions and instructions were okay to understand check in and check out Host replied to correspondance and phone calls but there was confusion over finding the car park we needed Negative: Confusion over finding the car park and visitor parking as they were all full on arrival Then realised that there were other car park levels but to get there, there is a car lift, but we did not realise until seeing another car go into the lift, We realised with the Host were on the wrong level but to park in visitor park but there was no parks available, but there was also no key or remote for the Car lift as displayed in the digrams for drive in info, we did communicate this but we ended up eventually waiting until someone moved from a visitor park after an hour and hoped we wouldn't be towed as sign says about 2 hour limit for visitor parking ( we were there 3 nights and we were okay) The Air con in the Main Bedroom when turned on was really noisy and rattled, needed to turn it off at night due to the noise Bed in 2nd Bedroom was uncomfortable and can feel the springs Please Add to the digital check in / check out information that B2 is via Car lift (there are pictures/diagrams but maybe add "Car lift is via G level" and which remote in the instructions is needed for the lift as the remote for lift was not there or the car lift work for us

Overall nice place, with lots of positives just a shame about the beds. Positive: Close to lots of restaurants and Suncorp stadium Negative: The beds were not very comfortable and need new mattresses.

Decent apartment, faulty aircon, unhelpful staff, poor wifi Positive: Good location Negative: Aircon didn’t work in bedroom resulting in minimal sleep all week as it’s summer. Reported it at 6am on first day and was stalled for the rest of the week with assurances that it would be resolved but felt deliberately unhelpful to avoid technician fees. Kept asking for photos of the air-con (which I provided, unsure why) which stalled a couple of days, then promised someone would come the next but didn’t hear anything. Wifi runs at 300kbps No dedicated carpark Apartment itself is fine and good location.

Appartement fonctionnel en centre ville Positive: Appartement très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Les 2 chambres sont appréciables. Emplacement idéal au centre ville et proche de tout. Negative: Je suggère que les informations pour récupérer les clés soient un peu plus détaillées, tout comme l'adresse précise.

Very pleasant and comfortable, would be taking the same apartment if available. Positive: Easy to access, well maintained with all needed amenities, the host was amazing and always at my call when I needed to, to make it smooth on our short trip! Felt at home instantly. Negative: Nothing at all.
