Negative: No ventilation in the bathroom.

Negative: I stayed at the first level and thus was annoyed by the people staying above. The floor is not good in sound and vibration isolation. Other than this, everything was good.

Positive: Overall a great place to stay! Olivia was friendly, efficient and very reliable. Convenient location close to the mall and public transport connecting us to the city. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

Positive: Location, cleanliness, spacious.
Negative: Outside areas need tiding. Old washing on the line. Dumped shopping trolleys and general untidiness. Also needs bedside lights and power outlets near the bed.
