Don’t bother. Stay in an Airbnb instead. Positive: It served its purpose Negative: - no dishwasher soap - 1 single tissue in tissue box - not enough toilet paper for the amount of guests for the duration of our stay - filthy floors (feet and socks became literal black) - the worst by far was the management. So many unnecessary criteria and requirements. I’ve never in my life been asked so many questions for a place I’m staying at. You do not need to ask for guests phone numbers and names, the reason for your stay etc. that is none of your business. You have the details of the person who booked and you’ve charged a bond to their card. If something goes wrong they need to be the one contacted and charged. The reason for their stay has nothing to do with you. Honestly just pissed off by how silly the whole process was.

Great location - but missing too many standard items to justify the cost. Positive: Location Negative: The house features NO storage. No drawers, cupboards or shelves. We were given the wrong wifi code before entry. We were asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire about ourselves the day before we arrived, which was while we were in transit. There was no garage opener available - which made getting in and out of the house a bit more of an ordeal than it had to be. We had to buy various items like pegs and clothes basket - because none were available. There were no books or games or anything for families to utilize. The house was basically a 'shell'. The owners need to stay in the venue for a long weekend themselves to see what is missing, and then arrange a make-good.
