Positive: 1 The glass of the door was broken and it was not fixed till our stay
2 The owner will ask you to clear the dustbin & promise to reward you with $10 every time but will never pay you.
3 The front & back side of the property is not maintained at all

Bad experience
Positive: Location is fine
Negative: The upkeep and maintenance of the property was very poor. The way to the room, located in the backyard was very bad. The kitchen dustbin is not cleared for days. The filth was lying all over in front of unit 1. There is a lot of weeds & wild grass in the front, back and the sides of the property which shows how the property is maintained. Tea /coffee pouches in the room is least expected
