Affordable Studio – Steps from UQ/ Shops/ Transit

Old property, but rooms & toilet were clean, location is good but the entrance & lights are too narrow & les Positive: Location was good near to University & super market & restaurants are close. Negative: Old property, the entrance is really very narrow, in night there is no proper light.

Positive: It was underrated. But 10 stars for 5 Just Awesome My room has 2 Air conditioning units. So extremely happy 😊 Negative: Tv Power points

Definitely an underrated stay! Positive: So many people reviewed this place poorly so I was sceptical but the beds were really comfortable, the lady I spoke to was always quick to reply and really friendly. Great value for money and a lovely stay :) Negative: Some instructions were contradictory, online said quiet after 10pm, in our room said 8pm and the kitchen said midnight. It's not like we're loud or anything but clear rules and instructions are always nice. The amenities were okay but there was no oven, only a combi oven, with no glass or metal dishes to cook anything in so we had to cook everything on the hob. It worked out okay but wasn't ideal as people that love to cook, and seemed pointless having a combi we couldn't use.

Avoidable Positive: 1 The glass of the door was broken and it was not fixed till our stay 2 The owner will ask you to clear the dustbin & promise to reward you with $10 every time but will never pay you. 3 The front & back side of the property is not maintained at all
