Very handy and comfortable at a good price. Positive: This flat had everything you need for a comfortable home away from home. Would thoroughly recommend for short or long stays. Exceptionally convenient for shopping, takeaways and 555 express bus for a no traffic trip to Southbank or the CBD. The two shopping centres with grocery shops, chemist, bakery, newsagent, Target and many, many cafes and takeaway options are within walking distance. There were even a couple of boardgames in the cupboard for kids. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well kitted out for cooking. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen and laundry detergeants were all supplied in good quantities. Full dishwasher, washing machine and dryer inc. I used street parking for my rental car, which was ok. The unit is very secure with key/remote access only, so completely gated. Negative: The allocated secure/gated parking is only suitable for a mini/micro car or motorbike. Very difficult to get in/out of the one marked car space for this unit. The visitor parking was impossible to use for this reason also - insanely tight. I would definitely avoid this parking spot with a rental car. Recommend getting full blockout curtains for the bedrooms instead of vertical blinds - blinds do not block the night street lights or the very early morning summer sun. This was a bit of traffic noise at night in the front bedroom, if you're a sensitive sleeper. The comfy couch could be a bit squeezy if you had more than two adults!

Has the basics. Positive: Good location close to highway so options for city and Gold Coast. Negative: Property has lift (host didn’t know this) but not in use or not accessible to clients, so dragging luggage up several flights could be avoided if lifts were available. Washing machine noise akin to a jet engine. Beds hard.
