24th floor. Very close to CBD/South Bank - a bit loud at night Positive: Location is great, close to CBD and South Bank and private parking is possible. Beds were comfy an everything worked properly. Kitchen set-up is great. Negative: It was not a hotel but a AirBNB. Check-Process more complicated than a hotel. Received check-in details late on the day of arrival day. Pick up and drop off keys at a different location. High level of over-night noise from A/Cs of neighbouring buildings and from building works nearby so it was not possible to have balcony door or bedroom window open over night. Bedroom without fan and A/C.

Positive: The service and attention of the host is great. The location is really good! Negative: Everything was good. The toilet was not working correctly. And maybe the bathroom needs a bit of attention, but nothing significant.

Disappointed, over-priced. Positive: Location was good. Negative: Place felt dirty, marks on walls, dusty, mould in grout, dirt on floors, blinds thick with dust, no ice cube tray, small couch, property needs a good renovation, expensive for what is was.
