Best Value 2Beds Apt @CBD with Pool/Gym/Carpark

Positive: The service and attention of the host is great. The location is really good! Negative: Everything was good. The toilet was not working correctly. And maybe the bathroom needs a bit of attention, but nothing significant.

Disappointed, over-priced. Positive: Location was good. Negative: Place felt dirty, marks on walls, dusty, mould in grout, dirt on floors, blinds thick with dust, no ice cube tray, small couch, property needs a good renovation, expensive for what is was.

Frustrating Positive: That it had a balcony Negative: That it was not a hotel but a ‘airbnb’ as they said. We had to pick up and drop off keys from a different location. Was very stressful not knowing the city on a one way street. Had no support from reception. The tv couldn’t stream Netflix and the apartment had no cooling at all in the bedroom. Not even a fan. There was only one key fob for four guests, and we couldn’t use the lift without it. The pillows gave all of us sore necks.

Relaxing & stressfree with very warm Brisbane temperatures!! Positive: The car park made such a difference in been able to come & go as I pleased . This host had gone all out thinking of all the little things that could be needed while travelling away.really nice personal touch. Negative: No fault of the owner or host but I couldn’t figure out how to get the Aircon working properly and I wish I had of contacted them earlier about it instead of using the backup fan they had there once I contacted them they were very helpful and I worked it out. It was on some kind of setting For a timer so once that was reset it was a lot easier to work and we were very happy with the cool air

The apartment is in a great location and very well set up. Had everything we needed for our stay. Positive: The apartment is very well set up. Close to the CBD, everything within walking distance.
