Budget 1-Bed Studio Near Top Malls & Transit!

Positive: Nothing. Place was misleading before booking. Negative: Couldn't access key lock. Waited over 90 minutes, calling owner multiple times but no answer. Had to book another Motel due to not being able to get inside with my client who is vision impaired. We contacted staff before leaving our place, and let them know what time we would be arriving. But still didn't contact us until later that night (close to midnight.) Never entered the property due to lack of communication. The description for this place is false advertisement. The worst experience of my entire life Positive: Literally nothing this was the worst experience of my life Negative: Where to start maybe firstly the host was refusing to let me and my girlfriend into the apartment. I had to call booking.com twice to get in and didn’t manage to get in the apartment till 6pm. Then the property was disgusting it smelt like bleach and had hand prints all over the walls. The pool was disgusting. The hallways smell of smoke. We didn’t even stay at the unit and are being refused a refund and worst of all we are being refused our deposit! WE DID NOT EVEN STAY! Please save your money and go somewhere else please please please. Oh yeah I forgot there was also an open container of bleach in the bathroom. Positive: Location Negative: No TV dirty and no keys on arrival in lock box. Had to chase up and wait outside. No kitchen or filling point for kettle.
