Not very happy

Negative: Noise from other guests in other rooms
No hot water morning and evening after 2-3 minutes hot water ran out both morning and evening at all times 7am 8am 6pm 7pm 9pm. Other tenants very noisy out the front smoking till 10:30 -11:30 pm near the window of my room

Positive: Cleanliness and comfortable bed. It has tv, microwave, toaster, fridge and some utensils. Olivia was very pleasant at helping you with checking in and any queries you might have
Negative: A bit time consuming to check in as there is no front desk. Tiled floor. Basic shower and toilet area. Like a homestay and not like a hotel.
