Brand New Modern 5BR House Ducted A/C Near Mall

Positive: Was exactly what we wanted, needed and expected Negative: There just needs to be more seating to accommodate for the amount of people it can sleep

We didn't get to stay. They took our money bit did NOT provide a property to stay at. Positive: Nothing. This property and its vendors are untrustworthy and will take your money without providing the accommodation. Negative: There was nothing to like. My family and arrived at the property only to see that the entire street was virtually under construction with only a few homes looking like they were livable. We had driven 15-hours only to be told we needed to upload identification and credit card details to a secondary website. We were not provided with access details and left stranded in Brisbane. We then needed to search for accommodation for 5-people at short notice which was extremely costly. Both this Property; its vendors and Booking.com have been terrible to deal with, and I would not recommend either. We are still out of pocket the entire cost of this accommodation which was never provided. Stay Away.

Amazing Location and Property - Suburban Oasis. Positive: Brand new beautifully presented and clean property. Superior and comfortable hotel linen and towels. Beautiful furniture, fully stocked with crockery, cups, cutlery, sugar, tea and coffee. There is also a coffee pod machine if your prefer pods, bathroom products were provided and an extra mink Blanket in each room. Olivia was fantastic to deal with, clear instructions and photos to reference directions and location of house and lockbox, she was thorough, friendly and professional. Highly recommend for your next stay! Negative: that we didn't stay long enough.
