Great stay love the apartment
Negative: The instructions to find the entrance could be clearer. Parking onsite is $120 per day so a heads up on that would be helpful.

Beautiful apartment but don’t take a car.
Positive: It is a beautiful apartment we have stayed before and decided to choose it again as we loved it so much last time.
Negative: Last time we stayed the check in way much easier not having to walk around to the EzyMart and also having parking included with our booking.
Reception did not wish to assist us and charged full price for parking instead of the residents rates meaning it was very expensive as we had 3 cars parked.

Unhappy stay experience
Positive: It was clean and close to the new casino complex . However not much choice in restaurants & cafes closeby If one doesn’t want to eat in the casino complex .
Negative: Eventhough the apartment was clean and central to the new casino complex . Our stay experience had been very unpleasant because we have yet to receive my security deposit of $300 after 10 days of our 1 night stay ( it was listed in the condition as to be refunded in 2-3days) . No complaints was communicated to us right after our stay , until I enquired about our security deposit after 1 week , suddenly they have to review their cleaner’s report and accused us of damaging their curtains . I had asked them to provide proof of damage because we left the apartment same condition we checked in . It had been a delaying tactic ! If there was legitimate damage , they should have communicated to us on the day we checked out .
We actually passed the apartment key to the cleaner at the door . So no excuse for them not to voice their damage complaint on the day . We are still waiting for the refund as they are still ‘investigating ‘ after 13 days . Absolutely unsatisfactory stay . Anyone who are thinking of staying there should think twice when they request for security deposit .
