Disappointed, extremely dangerous for us to be locked out of the building and little to no remorse or compassion for not Positive: The unit was well set out and was a good location Negative: We got locked out of the building after returning late night from an event. The staff were contacted 3 times before being able to get a hold of them. They explained there was an issue during the day that they did not advise us of and the FOB to get up the elevator would not work

For the same amount of money spent, you could stay in a very good hotel in South Bank or CBD. Positive: The property was clean. Negative: Communication with host/property manager was very bad. I was provided the wrong pin and I had to call them 6 times to get the correct pin and the key. I waited in front of the building 45 min before I've got access to the key. I've paid $825 for 2 nights, 2 adults and 1 child in October 2025.
