Very disappointed Negative: We were offered a reduction of the cleaning fee for cleaning concerns but it does not address the fact that the property is being falsely advertised and we did not receive what we thought we were paying for. A few notes for the property: - being advertised as a property with private pool - only 1 car space provided for 4 adults - only 1 set of keys was inconvenient for when our friends did their own thing. We had to utilise the lockbox for access which was inconvenient - 3 seater couch for 4 adults and no other lounge seating - the internet was terrible and at times over the 3 days, unusable - additional cutlery and crockery is required for at least the maximum amount of guests, but spares also should be provided to use rather than washing them each meal - main bedroom door stopper broken - back missing off the TV remote - glad wrap covering smoke detector in lounge - carpets have light stains - the bedrooms have no noise suppression to block sounds from either side of the door and doesnt not provide adequate privacy (we could hear conversations from behind a closed door from the lounge room, for example) - mop and bucket left on the balcony On our first day, I requested that Oliva contact reception to request a power point in the garage to be unlocked to charge my vehicle. She requested a photo of one which I sent through and then heard nothing further. We requested a full refund to facilitate getting appropria a commodation else where, however nothing was addressed for that. No compensation has been offered.
