Location Can’t Be Beat | Rooftop Pool & Carpark

It took a while to find key location that could have been explained better. Positive: Location for us was perfect and we love the precinct with cafes, restaurants, IGA and chemist to name a few all within a couple of minutes walk from accommodation. Negative: Bed was cheap and mattress too you could tell.

Great area, lovely clean and bright apartment and the host was so responsive and lovely. Positive: Super clean and bright. Negative: Unfortunately there was major earthworks going on in front of the apartment which made it noisy during the day.

The apartment was comfortable enough but the management is terrible. Positive: Location. Negative: The booking process was terrible. I got a text message asking me for credit card details and photos of ID. When I provided the credit card I used for the booking it was knocked back because it was Amex. It sounded very much like a scam. I eventually sent photos of ID and new CC details and when I followed up, was told they didn’t receive them. Then she said she did have them. After several calls to the manager who I couldn’t understand, I finally got check in details. The apartment access is in the carpark. You need to go up the lift and walk through the carpark to the door of the apartment. The view is of the carpark and the construction site next door..

Convenience and Comfort Positive: Location to river, dining and walking Pool was great but in a different tower making it inconvenience Negative: Stains on couch not disclosed by owners This was cleaned but stains still there after cleaning not making the stay feel 100% worry free
