Disgraceful
Positive: Nothing! Didnt get to stay there! host refused to give us the address for the property, we had confirmed 4pm arrival.We had to find alternative accommodation at 7.30pm. Host sent address at 9.14pm. Then assumed we were there enjoying our stay even though I had told them we had to find something else. Not sure if this was all a scam but not happy and will be seeking my money back!
Negative: Wanted to know phone numbers of every person(including children), wanted to know too many details of each day activities we were up to and possible guests. We just wanted a place to stay. Too hard!
