Beautiful Brisbane apartment in central location Positive: Location and view was excellent and the apartment itself was fantastic.. Negative: Not being able to communicate directly with reception desk and drop off/pick up keys off site is a huge pain. The reception staff really do not even care that you exist because you are not a hotel guest when you book this way. Waiting forever for elevators also wasted a lot of time (one time I waited over 20 mins). No one flagged parking with me at time of booking so we had to park miles away making any outing a mission.

Awesome location Positive: Due to road closure it was a little more difficult to get to pick up point and there was no parking at the pick up point Negative: Only one key - would be better if there was an option for two keys being a 2 bed apartment.

Positive: Location and cleanliness Negative: Not the fault of the apartment but it was a busy weekend and the lift wait times were crazy long

Positive: Booked 2 rooms for 4 people should have 2 keys? I have only 1key and i asked they dont give extra Negative: Only 1 key for 4 people that's good

Comfortable & great location Negative: Keys should be at location of accomodation
