Spacious, but only a 3.5star when comes to clean. Positive: It was spacious and close to shops. Negative: Was dirty, not cleaned to the standard it should due to the money we were paying. dead and alive cockroaches around the house. The toilet did let flash. Sheets and pillow cases were cheap and thin.

Great place for Brisbane Sight seeing or if there is an event in Brissy. Positive: Great loaction, close to shops, taverns, public transport. Negative: Would be good if there was a bathroom downstairs.

Location suited our needs but it was an expensive stay. Positive: The location suited our needs as it was close to the CBD, relatives and shopping centre. Negative: A few things: hate not having doors on bathrooms even if they are ensuites; disappointing to find fourth bedroom below the main part of the house did not have bathroom/toilet facilities, which made it difficult for two of our guests sleeping there especially in the middle of the night; could have been better equipped in the kitchen - no salad bowls, serving platters, one tea towel for a week etc. I understand it was holiday season but this was a very expensive stay for our family especially given the situation of the fourth bedroom.
