Great apartment but wouldn't recommend due to check in process and communication with hosts. Positive: The room was amazing. Beautiful view, comfy bed, very clean and tidy Negative: Dealing with the host was a nightmare! We had seen that some people had said the check in process was hard but that was an understatement. Collecting the key was easy, the problem was the communication before that. I had multiple messages from different texts asking me for credit card details (for a damages deposit hold) and ID pictures before they would send me the details for collecting the key. After entering my credit card details 6 times and sending pictures of my ID multiple times they said the only way to do it was to give me my credit card details over the phone or transfer them the deposit (their system didn't seem able to accept photos or credit card details and the way they overcame this was by just getting you to submit again and again and again!) I had to get on my plane to Australia not knowing if I would have accommodation when we landed. It was starting to feel a bit like a scam but I decided to risk it and give them the credit card details over the phone. I didn't hear anything back after that so had to try and track them down again to be told I needed to submit a photo of my ID again (despite someone having already said they had it). Finally they agreed to give us the details so we could enter the apartment but I'm not sure the stress of this process was worth it. Shame as the apartment is great.

Host is a nightmare dont wreck your holiday book elsewhere Positive: Location Negative: The host who spent hours stuffing me around waiting for hours and wanting extra money and my id hours after I booked and then still didnt give me the keys and had to be refunded. Worse experience ever!
