Great Value & Comfort Family Home 5 mins to Shops

Family friendly, clean.

Property was fine, host was very helpful until my son accidentally left clothes at the property hanging up in a cupboard, very expensive clothes. Once we realised this had happened I contacted the host straight away, where I was told they would contact the cleaner to find out if they found them as we had someone ready to collect them, so no cost to the host to send the clothes back. This is when I was repeatedly told that the cleaner had not responded to the host as to whether they found them or not, this went on for 4 days. I once again got in contact with the host asking if they had found the clothes and if not could I return to the property and ask the cleaner myself. This was when I was told by the host that I could not ask the cleaner as they had already finished at the property, which confused me because for 4 days straight the host had no contact with the cleaner. When I spoke to the host she was very dismissive in regards to the theft of my son’s clothes. Clearly my son made an error in leaving his clothes accidentally, however I got in contact with the host straight away surely they could have done the right thing.

Disappointed by misleading info - parking issues & misrepresented as whole house. Decent enough. Positive: Not what we were expecting - disappointed by misleading claim of "whole house" but it was a big enough space for our family to be comfortable and very close to Nissan Arena. Negative: Misleading advertising - advertised as "whole house", reality - downstairs area only of a house. Very noisy. Parking fail - no off road parking available despite advertised as 2 car park spaces off road. Tenants upstairs occupying both car parks (as per their booking) 😳 no assistance from owners when parking issues were raised.

Great location! Very spacious inside the home too. True to photos. The single bed was more like a cot and we could hear a lot of noise coming from the upstairs guests, but we still enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and felt like hotel beds. We would stay here again if we needed to be in the area.
