Disappointed Positive: The location was desirable to where I was working for the week. Negative: Both the main bedroom and the family room face directly into the sun, making it hard to have any type of shade in those rooms during the peak heat of the day. There are no curtains in the main room, so you have no privacy. The air conditioner in the main bedroom is broken which we where not made aware of, this was substituted with a small fan on a stan. There is no where to hang a towel in the bathroom, none of the rooms had any sort of draws to store clothing, The floors in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen where dirty, the property seems to have had some renovations, the work to the walls is very poorly done. There was no hot water in the kitchen, it had not been plumbed in, and the kitchen sink started leaking and spraying water Saturday night while i was asleep. The garden was over grown and unkept. I spent my morning trying to clean up the leaking sink, was called by the owner asking why I had not checked out. Advised the owner of the situation, she didn't seem to care, was more concerned that I left and put the key in the safety box.

Unsafe and unsuitable for renting. Positive: Location and price Negative: Unsafe, no fire alarms fitted and no fire exit plan. Windows won't open and only one entry with internal stairs being removed to allow for an extra unit underneath.. no lighting on external stairs,, no hot water in kitchen taps, no provisions for drying clothes. Mold in the bathroom, flooring where stairs were located felt as if you were going to fall through. Unfinished renovation.in rooms. Bed bases are tattered and the mattress is uncomfortable. No coffee cups supplied, we left ours there.
