Exactly what we wanted Positive: We liked it because we were a party of 5 tall adults and the home was lovely and spacious Negative: Didnt find any fault with it at all but not sure if you are aware that the fan does not work in the on-suite

DO NOT BOOK HERE!Issues before arrival. Inundated with paperwork, who/why we required accommodation & visitors BANDED! We received the code & a list of fines for damage/missing items & the cleaner wasn't finished1. The air-conditioning duct mat we removed due to build-up of filth/health risk2. Internet didn't work the whole stay3. Stated fully equipped kitchen. 7 people require utensils/crockery/glasses, not available, nor were oven trays, chef knives/knife block, wraps/foils, colander, vegie peeler, salad bowls, etc. The extra charges list stated 2 per missing utensil but no list was provided. A few extra items were dropped off after complaining to VRBO4. Not seating for 7 to watch TV 5. Not clean above 1m from floors & damage to multiple walls, chairs stained & lamp broken on arrival-Chargable items. Spiders everywhere, front & rear yard unkept/dirty6. States Hotel quality linen. NO EXTRA towels or pillows & they were awful7. States 2 bathtubs-NOT, both damaged & grout needed a good scrub8. Quiet & peaceful-the trainline is 100m away & the whistle blows all night9. Repeatedly asked for photos & catalogue the damage-Not my jobWe advised we were an extended family group, awaiting heart bypass surgery, Olivia added to the stress 10 foldTried for 2 weeks to resolve but keep getting the run around & the same questions asked repeatedlyDon’t take the chance, unless provided with the extra forms first. VRBO asked for this review!

Really lovely experience great property beautifully presented and lovely and clean. Great bathrooms and bedding very comfortable. Great kitchen everything you needed. Lots of storage. Was bit of difficulty with the app.. payment i.d but Olivia helped us work it out and was all sorted out. Great place would definitely recommend it
