Modern Studio Twin Q-Beds Sleep 4|Budget Friendly

It was a terrible experience from check-in through check-out. Positive: Nothing. Negative: Stinky in the bathroom and there is a large crack between the door and the wall. The bathroom smells stinky. Some of the furniture is damaged.

Less than 24hr prior to arrival the property manager reached out and asked for multiple things otherwise they wouldn't proceed with my booking... Which was already fully paid for... If you're not comfortable sending a selfie with your credit card, don't book here. After all of that hassle (and not getting much help from Stayz support as this property is externally managed), we were passing the area 2hrs prior to check in and I asked if early check in was possible as we wanted to drop our bags, but was told it would be 50 per hour...It's a beautiful modern space, however a few things are missing/overlooked: no aircon, fan or fly screen for the sliding door in the bedroom. No exhaust fan, only one towel hook and light switch behind the door in the bathroom. Thankfully the beds are comfy, and it was conveniently located for us. There are shops and restaurants a short walk away. Nice quiet neighbourhood.

Apartment was nice and clean, slightly smaller than expected but had everything we needed. In a quiet location close to shops and restaurants. Check in was a bit unusual but instructions were clear. Communication with the host was great.

Internally, the studio unit has been newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Also, in a very quiet suburban area. You are sharing a block of land with the main house which I can only guess is also for accommodation. Externally it looks awful, a converted double garage with no pleasing appeal. The check in process is overly difficult with having to send selfie photos holding credit cards and then photos not received etc. delaying the whole process.
