Positive: Nothing couldn't get keys to the apartment
Negative: Didn't get to stay in room try for an hour and half to ring and message to get keys but no answer not good enough had to book 2 new rooms so all up it cost me$1150.00 to stay in Brisbane for one night not happy want my money back

Will not be staying here again.
Positive: Location was great and convenient. However Oak staff are cleaning the pool area (right outside your window) 7am sharp with machinery. This was loud.
Negative: The hosts of this individual apartment were not helpful and lacked customer service. Could not answer simple questions and lied rather than assisting me with a solution.
Check in and check out process were difficult and inconvenient.
