Nice location but bring your own data plan. Positive: Location is excellent, close to the airport train and shopping centre. The room is large and had two bathrooms. There is nice kitchen and two rooms. The building staff were very helpful and they are not managing the property but helped me anyway. Negative: You need to do the precheck in otherwise you will spend an hour trying to sort that out. The internet did not work on my laptop...be warned about that, but you can get access to your phone. When travelling from overseas make sure that you have a local sim as it can be a nightmare when needing to talk to anyone about issues. I complained about all the stains on the carpet and the fact that there was a empty beer bottle, and clothing behind the aircon unit. The balcony needed a good clean too. There are scuffs all over the place but that is all cosmetic. I received a $50 voucher for compensation for the internet and the time that I took to troubleshoot the internet with no solution apart from using my own data. The management company tried very hard to help were they could. I stay in the area often so knew about the lockbox at the shop.

Great location with free parking Positive: Location it has you just around the corner from all the nightlife and kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and the free car park to store your car in is good Negative: The water is never hot. You could have just straight hot water and it’s barely lukewarm

Wonderful 2 bedroom condo with a grocery store right is front and steps away from the train. Was very clean and quiet and the kitchen was very easy to cook in. You only get 1 set of keys, so if your multiple people make sure to plan for that or pay 20 for a second set. Everything was very comfortable and easy to access aside from that. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
