Sunny Stay | Prime Location Convenient to Anywhere

The entrance to the property has a wasp nest right above the gate. To walk through the gate you have to brush up against under cut bushes and plants. The grass was over grown and was extremely neglected. The rubbish bins that were out the front upon arrival wreaked of fish! The refrigerator does not work at all, so all food spoiled. And check in details were only provided after requesting them 2 hours after the normal proposed check in time. The tea towel was also mouldy.

Negative: The noise from the other unit. Loud party until after midnight and then they started again at 6.30am the next morning. The unit is very old with multiple things that need to be repaired. The advertised number of beds (extra large bed and double bed, in each of 2 bedrooms) were not there and my 15 yr old granddaughter had to sleep with her Mother for 2 nights. There was a large bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the other. When we asked for bedding so my grandson, 16 yrs old, could sleep on the sofa bed, we were charged $22 . We were away for my granddaughter's birthday and it really put a damper on the weekend. Very disappointing.
