comfortable, may required insulation between rooms to reduce noise
Positive: I iked that it was so close to the university, and it was clean and tidy
Negative: It didn't state that the Kitchen was shared, and the rooms on either side were very noisy; you could hear everything. This was not great, as the other residents did not stick to the quiet hours between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.

Quite disappointed and false advertisement.
Positive: The room and amenitities were clean and ready when we checked in.
Negative: The bed was extremely squeaky, the shower water pressure was very poor and water temperature was very sensitive.
The room was advertised for 2 adults to stay in but the bed was a single.
