Charming 2BR Home in Serene Mount Warren Park

Good place to stay for multiple nights to base between Brisbane and the Gold Coast Positive: We chose this location due to proximity to family. It was close to supermarkets, service stations and the freeway if required. Our unit was one of twelve in the complex and there was plenty of driveway and parking space as well as a treed and grassed common area that surrounded the units, providing a natural barrier to the neighbours and any roads. There was plenty of room in both bedrooms and the living area. There was also a reasonable fenced yard and outdoor entertaining area which would appropriately secure small children. The garage had enough space to park our vehicle with space for washing and drying clothes as well. The air-conditioning worked well for heating the living areas and the unit was clean and tidy with sufficient supplies and equipment to maintain it, including a vacuum cleaner and mop.
