Payment was taken before I was told that a legally binding rental agreement had to be signed. The owner text me personally, persistently wanting personal information, access to my credit card details plus a personal copy (on her phone) of my full drivers licence with a selfie. Check in detail were not provide until a lot later than the check in time. Constant threats were made of taking more money for the smallest of issues.
