So the house was suitable for us as it was close to theme parks but was not clean. Upon arrival we found a dead rat in a trap, the shower screen was filthy, bunches of hair in bedroom and other issues. The booking process was scary and harassing to the point I contacted Stayz directly. Endless messages asking for photos of me and my wife also wanting my kids phone numbers.
